Which kinds of device are compatible with the United Sedans app?

You are recommended to own an iOS or an Android smart device. The iOS version should be 7.0 or later and the Android version should not be older than 4.0.

Do I have to pay to use United Sedans? Any registration required?

You can use the app immediately without any registration. All is free of charge. Just enter your phone number, get the verify code and start riding.

How to make a booking request with United Sedans?

Open the “New Booking” screen where your location is automatically determined via GPS. You can also mark your location by directly pinning it on the map, or searching for it using Google Maps or Foursquare.
Slide to choose your favorite car type and tap on “Book now” or “Pre – book” button to make an on – demand or in – advance request.
Optionally enter the ride’s additional information and tap on the “Request Car” button to request your ride.

What should I do if I need to talk to the driver about the ride?

You can easily make a phone call or send a message to your driver to discuss about the ride whenever you want. It is also possible to track your driver and his route on the real – time map in order to know where he is and when he comes.

Can I know my estimated riding fare before on board?

Yes. Press the “Trip Estimate” button after providing your destination address and you will get full data of your estimated fare, distance and ETA.

Can I cancel my request after it is accepted?

Yes, you can. Just tap on the “Cancel” button on the screen to cancel your booking. In this case, you may be charged a “Cancellation Fee” according to United Sedans cancellation policy.

Can I make a reservation in advance?

Yes. You can pre – book a ride via our app or on our website: www.unitedsedans.com
On the United Sedans app, provide your requested pickup time on the Confirmation screen and schedule your trip in advance.
On the United Sedans website, click on the Reserve Now button at the Menu bar and schedule your reservation

PAYMENT

Can I be guaranteed with safety when using my credit/debit cards via United Sedans website?

Yes, of course. Your credit card information is kept secure with high private while using United Sedans app. All data is transferred in an encrypted format to ensure your transactions are secure.

What kinds of surcharge fee does United Sedans have?

In certain situations and certain cities, there are three types of surcharge that may be applied to our trip fare: airport, rush hour and heavy traffic surcharge. These surcharges are calculated based on the real situation and are fully listed in your receipts.

Can I keep record of my payment history?

Yes. All your transaction history is fully stored in the app. Open the menu bar and tap on the “Receipts” option to view and manage your trip receipts. You can have your receipts emailed to you from the app.

I have a promo code. How can I use it?

Before requesting your ride, tap on the “Promo Code” button on the Confirmation screen to redeem your Promo code and the appropriate discount will be applied to your trip!

GENERAL ISSUES

Can I provide feedback to United Sedans on the driver?

The driver rating system is integrated to our app. After the trip, you can optionally rate your driver with a “thumbs up” or a “thumbs down” and provide detailed feedback on his performance. This will help us improve our services to offer you better rides in the future.

What if my driver does not show up?

When your driver accepts your request, you can contact him and discuss the ride if needed. If your driver has an unexpected problem and cannot come to pick you and must cancel the ride, your trip will be auto-assigned to another available driver.

I left something in the car. What can I do?

Your trip history is recorded in the app under the “My Bookings” tab, including the vehicle plate number, phone number and driver ID of your driver. You can easily contact your driver as soon as possible after the ride to arrange a retrieval of your items.

What if I forgot to enter my destination address?

No problem. Just let your driver know where you want to go and he will take you there.
